ASSESS YOUR NEEDS
Our team members will work with you to determine what needs to be maintained and tracked in regards to various compliance standards you have to meet.
CONFIGURE BARCODES / ASSETS
Our team can provide barcodes for each asset or you can purchase your own. These barcodes will then be linked to each asset and task in ZetaSafe.
Tasks can be set to be completed on a schedule or left unscheduled to be completed on an as needed basis. Schedules are modifiable and can be changed when needed.
PUT TOGETHER A PROJECT SCOPE
A scope and timeline will be established. Doing so will help set the appropriate expectations for what will be included in your solution.
COLLECT THE TASKS
A list of tasks will need to be provided to link to each asset. When a barcode is scanned, these tasks will then be listed for your team member to complete.
SETUP REPORTS & ALERTS
ZetaSafe comes with pre-populated reports or we can work with you to set up custom reports per your project scope. Reports can also be scheduled and users added to receive these automatically.
Assets are linked to specific locations. As such, we will need to identify each location for the assets you will be maintaining and tracking.
CONFIGURE THE PROCESS
Tasks are grouped by compliance schemes and asset types. We will collaborate with you to determine how tasks need to be grouped and define task order.
Our team will review your configuration with you to identify any gaps or imperfections to ensure ZetaSafe is set up to your specifications.
